Q: How many sessions do we have, and how long are they?
A: We have 4 sessions together in total, 1 per month. Initial is 1hr30, and 3x follow ups are 1hr long.
Q: How do I schedule each session with you?
A: Once you have booked. I will contact you to arrange your first session (online or in-person). After your first session we will plot out your 3 remaining sessions together.
Q: How can I fit this into my busy life?
A: Because this is a personalised plan for you, we will work together so that you feel your plan is realistic and achievable, every month. This is all about empowering you with the knowledge, tools and steps that in time will become routine to you.
Q: What will I receive after each session?
A: You will receive your Rewild Plan, detailing the guidance, tools, nutrition and action steps we have discussed together. This takes 40-60mins to write up outside session time, and is sent within 24hr to you. Your Rewild Plan is updated monthly.
