Rewild Kinesiology
Restore balance, energy, and harmony with kinesiology — natural, holistic support for women in perimenopause and beyond.
Whether online or in person, these sessions meet you where you are — guiding you toward feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.
Kinesiology for Perimenopause & Beyond
We often only hear about the dreaded symptoms of perimenopause and menopause — hot flushes, brain fog, fatigue — but far less about the truth: this is a profound life transition, a deep mind–body–spirit shift. As powerful as puberty or pregnancy, but now guided by the wisdom you’ve already gained.
Physically, hormonal changes influence everything from blood sugar and stress resilience to sleep, cognition, and energy. But this stage is not just about “managing symptoms.” It’s an invitation to release stress, restore balance, reconnect with your body, and align with your natural rhythms so you can step into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.
In Chinese medicine, menopause is called the “Second Spring” — a time of renewal, purpose, and potential. It is celebrated as an awakening.
This is where kinesiology can be truly transformative, helping you to:
-
Restore hormonal balance – easing sleep issues, brain fog, cravings, fatigue, and mood swings naturally
-
Address root causes – through tailored nutrition, emotional release, energy work, and alignment
-
Protect long-term health – reducing inflammation, supporting cognitive health, and strengthening resilience
-
Embrace renewal – reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and stepping fully into your “second spring”
"With Kinesiology, you’re not just surviving perimenopause — you’re rewilding your health, reclaiming your energy, and stepping into the next season of life fully aligned."-Karen
The 4 Pillars of Kinesiology
Kinesiology restores balance by working with the whole of you — body, mind, emotions, and energy. Together we uncover what your body needs most and create a natural, tailored plan for you.
1.Nutritional Support
Identifying food sensitivities, balancing blood sugar, and using supplements, herbs, adaptogens and mycomedicine to reduce inflammation and nourish your body.
2.Emotional Balance
Releasing stress, easing anxiety, and supporting emotional wellbeing with techniques such as Bach flowers, tapping, and affirmations.
3.Energetic Alignment
Working with meridians, chakras, circadian rhythms, and sound therapy to restore natural energy flow and calm your nervous system.
4.Structural Support
Somatic bodywork, lymphatic drainage, digestive valve balance, TMJ release to relieve tension, improve circulation, and bring your body back into alignment.
Together, these four pillars create the foundation for long-term vitality and a deeper connection with your body.
What Women Are Saying
I came to Karen to work on my physical health and learn about the foods and supplements my body is asking for, in the hope of balancing my sleep and energy-levels …
All that was massively improved already after the first session!
On top of that, Karen managed to clear some heavy emotional burdens that I had been carrying for over a decade.
The best day, to start your healing journey with Karen, is now! I highly recommended her services and her clean, friendly, loving and safe environment!
With Gratitude and Love to Karen, and kind regards to anyone reading this.
– Marie
Exhausted, stressed and run down, I decided to visit Karen to try Kinesiology and after our session I left feeling more motivated, relaxed and positive.
Karen was brilliant, not only is she so friendly and calming to be around, she really knows her stuff. She listened to my concerns and through her techniques helped uncover even more behind a number of my problem areas. Karen also recommended specific supplements and small, manageable lifestyle changes to help bring more balance back to my life.
Regardless of the concern, I would highly recommend getting in touch with her and booking in.

What to Expect in a Kinesiology Session
Each kinesiology session is completely personalised to you:
- Initial Session 1hr30:
In your first session we will discuss your full case health history, current symptoms, & health goals.
You will then have Kinesiology. This will involve gentle muscle testing using an arm or leg muscle for an in person session. For online sessions, I will carry out surrogate muscle testing. Learn more about Online Kinersiology here.
The muscle test response serves as a feedback system, so I can understand exactly what your body needs to restore harmony and improve your health.
It is recommended to have 3-6 sessions to facilitate positive change.
- Follow-up Session 1hr:
Following your first consult, we will review you progress, goals, and priority for your session followed by a Kinesiology treatment. This is a bespoke treatment to you, and will be tailored to changing symptoms or health goals.
- Bespoke support:
After every Kinesiology consultation you will be emailed a Well-Being Plan PDF (60 minutes outside of consultation- emailed within 24hrs).
This may include nutritional guidance, lifestyle shifts, emotional tools, and energy balancing, to support your healing journey and also includes a discount for supplements recommended. In your next follow up we will use this document to track your progress.

A: It is recommended to have 3-6 monthly sessions to facilitate meaningful, lasting change — giving your body the time and support it needs to truly realign. Once you are happy with your progress, I recommend a session every 3 months, as a body MOT, since life’s juggles can creep up on us!
Q: How do I schedule each session with you?
A: Once you have booked online. I will contact you to arrange your first session (online or in-person). After your first session we will plot your next sessions together.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: More than 48hr notice will incur no fee & I will try re-arrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48hr notice will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations for emergency reasons are excluded from this.
Q: Are the nutritional supplements recommended included?
A: These are an additional cost. I will provide the details of where & what to buy, at a discounted practitioner price. Please note the supplements that are recommended by me have been carefully selected as quality sources of bio-available nutrition. “Bio-available” – means your body can absorb & benefit from the nutrition much easier. Read about Natural Supplement Testing here.
Q: Do you diagnose?
A: In Kinesiology we do not diagnose or replace medical advice but rather work alongside it. Please keep your GP or specialist updated with any new developments. Kinesiology is all about working with your body, as a whole, unique individual. It offers a bespoke treatment to align your body to it’s innate ability to heal, alongside your commitment to do so.
