This means no generic, one-size-fits-all fasting. Instead, I’ll guide you through proven, science-backed strategies that are designed for women.

Q: How many sessions do we have, and how long are they?
A: We have 6x 1hr sessions together in total. 3 in the first month, and 3 monthly sessions thereafter.
Q: Why are there 3 sessions in the first month?
A: We have 3 sessions together to firstly cover your intake form (health history and goals). The 2nd & 3rd are focused on tracking and coaching your CGM use, so you can deeply understand the connection with what you consume and its impact on your blood glucose levels.
Q: Do I have to purchase a CGM?
A: I highly recommend a CGM. It is the best tool for you (and me!) to understand how your blood glucose is impacted by everything you consume and shapes your bespoke plan to achieve your health goals. You can use a blood glucose monitor but it does require taking 10+ readings a day. You’ll be able to buy a CGM with my practitioner discount.
Q: How can I fit this fasting lifestyle into my busy life?
A: Understanding how to fast & eat to your cycle actually saves you time! And I have to stress, this is a personalised plan for you, so we will work together so that you feel your plan is realistic and achievable, every month. This is all about empowering you with the fasting lifestyle knowledge, tools and steps that in time will become routine to you.
Q: What will I receive after each session?
A: You will receive your updated Fasting Plan, detailing the guidance, tools, nutrition and action steps we have discussed together. This takes 40-60mins to write up outside session time, and is sent within 24hr to you.
